Refunds, Returns and Replacement Policy

At DazzBling, we love making replacements or returns as simple as can be. We encourage you to purchase our products and give them a try. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your DazzBling Smart product, we will happily accept it back within 30 days of purchase. If it’s been over 30 days we may not be able to offer you a full refund at no cost without further investigation.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be returned in original working condition, your item must be in the original packaging and the box must be in like new condition (same condition that you received it).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

If you are having problems with your device Please Contact Support to first try to troubleshoot any problems. We will quickly determine if the product needs to be replaced. If you wish to make an exchange, please let us know with a quick notation of what you are returning and what you would like to receive in exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will provide instructions on how to return your defective unit. Sometime only part of the unit can be replaced, in which case we may simply send you a new part.
